Return / Refund Policy
General
Our Returns/Refund Policy is in accordance with Australia Consumer Law.
Product return/refund:
- In the event that your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase and at least ¾ remaining of the original faulty bottle. Please contact info@frenchery.com.au for arrangements to be made.
- In the specific case of ‘corked’ wines, we must receive a claim within 3 years of purchase. A full credit or replacement (if in stock) will be given upon presentation of your proof of purchase and at least ¾ remaining of the original faulty bottle.
Delivery return/refund:
- Delivery charges will be reimbursed to you if Frenchery Pty Ltd is at fault (i.e. faulty product, incorrect product delivered, or products damaged in transit). In all other instances the delivery charge will not be reimbursed.
- Please note that once your order has been accepted & dispatched by Frenchery Pty Ltd, we will not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on merchandise.
