General

Free shipping in Australia is offered with $300.00 spent and over.
Orders below $300.00 value incur a shipping fee which will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
All delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable unless a product fails to comply with the Australia Consumer Law consumer guarantee provisions.
In the instance that you provide an incorrect delivery address, Frenchery will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered if your order is delivered to the address that you have supplied.

Frenchery is carefully and securely packing all orders to ensure a safe delivery to the intended destination. In the event of receiving a damaged product, please notify [email protected] immediately (up to 7 calendar days after delivery) so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Orders will be packed & dispatched within 3 business days.
Frenchery is using an external shipping partner to deliver to your door or a nearby collection point you would have chosen at the time of checkout
The option will be available at check-out to give authority to leave the parcel on your doorstep or require a signature. If there is no one home and no instruction, the courier will leave a card letting you know to pick the parcel up at the nearest post office.
The delivery of liquor may only be accepted by persons 18 years and older.
Due to traffic unpredictability, specific delivery time cannot be booked ahead. The parcel delivery can occur anytime from 8am to 6pm.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched is shown at checkout based on the delivery address provided. Below some indicative time frames in Australian states/territories:
– Melbourne Metro – 1 to 2 business days
– Regional Victoria – 2 to 4 business days
– NSW / ACT – 3 to 5 business days
– QLD / SA / TAS – 4 to 6 business days
– WA – 8 to 10 business days
– Delivery to remote areas in all states/territories may take up to 20 business days
The delivery details can be amended up to the day before collection by our external courier. Please note that any change in the delivery details after placing the order may delay the collection time.
