Over two centuries of family know how, winegrowers from father to son, Jacques Boyer his family uses efficient modern vinification method to continually improve the quality of their wines. Seriously reducing yield, harvesting healthy, concentrated grapes for wines with character to best express their terroir’s potential and their passion.
Tasting Notes: Elegant medium bodied wine with an intense aromatic nose towards berries, cocoa and spices. Full in the mouth with notes of bay leaf and black olive. Well balanced and fresh with a long fruity finish.
